১.প্রথমেই এখান থেকে আমার দেয়া জিপ ফাইলটি ডাউনলোড করুন(মাত্র ১১২ কিলোবাইট) এবং Extract করুন। এরপর Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 যদি আপনার আগে থেকে ইন্সটল করা থাকে, তাহলে “আন-ইন্সটল” করে নিন । (জরুরী)
২.আপনার পিসি রি-স্টার্ট করুন।
৩.নেট কানেক্ট করুন এবং Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 এর একটা ফ্রেশ কপি ইন্সটল শুরু করুন। সবকিছু ডিফল্টভাবে রেখে ইন্সটল করুন। তবে অবশ্যই “I agree the terms of participation in Kaspersky Security Network” “আন-চেক” করবেন অর্থাৎ টিক চিন্হ উঠিয়ে দিবেন।
৪.ইন্সটল শেষ হলে “Activate 30days trail version” এ ক্লিক করে ৩০ দিনের ট্রায়াল ভার্সন এক্টিভ করে নিন এবং ভাইরাস ডাটাবেস আপডেট করে নিন। (পরে ইচ্ছামত আপডেট করতে পারবেন। তবে এখন আপডেট করাটা জরুরি)
৫.আপডেট কমপ্লিট হলে- Settings > general Settings > এ যান এবং “Enable Protection” হতে টিক চিন্হ উঠিয়ে দিন।
৬.আবারও Settings > Cardboard Box (icon) > Self-Defense > এ যান এবং “Enable Self-Defense” হতে টিক চিন্হ উঠিয়ে দিন।
৭.কম্পিউটার রিস্টার্ট করুন। (জরুরী)
৮.এবার লাইসেন্স ম্যানেজার ওপেন করুন। সেখানে আপনি এই ধরনের- “0577-0004CE-XXXXXXXX” একটা লাইসেন্স পাবেন। লাইসেন্স কী’র পাশে একটি লাল রঙের “X” চিন্হ পাবেন। সেটিতে ক্লিক করে লাইসেন্স ডিলেট করে ফেলুন। যদি সত্যি লাইসেন্স ডিলেট করবেন কিনা জিজ্ঞেস করে, তাহলে “YES” করে ডিলেট করুন।
৯.এবার একদম নিচের টাস্কবারে (যেখানে ঘড়ির সময়/ সাউন্ড কমানো/বাড়ানো যায়) Kaspersky এর আইকনে রাইট ক্লিক করে “EXIT” করুন।
১০.এবার আমার দেয়া “Kis 2011 Cr4ack” ফোল্ডারটি ওপেন করুন। ভিতরে দেখুন Crack নামে একটি ফোল্ডার আছে। সেখান থেকে- “fltlib.dll” এবং “fltlib.ini” নামের ফাইলদুটি কপি করে যেখানে Kaspersky ইন্সটল করেছেন, সেখানে Paste করুন। (ডিফল্টভাবে- C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Internet Security 2011)
১১.এবার ইন্টারনেট কানেকশন ডিসেবল করে দিন।
১২.Kaspersky ওপেন করুন> লাইসেন্স এ ক্লিক করুন> “Activate commercial License” এ ক্লিক করুন এবং কী হিসাবে এটি দিন- 11111-11111-11111-1111X ,নেস্কট করুন। It will be unable to connect to the Activation servers. নামে একটি মেসেজ পাবেন। “Browse” এ ক্লিক করে আমার দেয়া Crack ফোল্ডার হতে “KIS2011.key” টি দেখিয়ে দিয়ে ওপেন করুন। “Next” করে “Finish” করুন।
১৩.এইতো, প্রায় কাজ শেষ! লক্ষ্য করে দেখুন আপনি ইতিমধে্য ৫ বছরের লাইসেন্স পেয়ে গেছেন!! তবে আর একটু কাজ বাকী আছে।
১৪.Kaspersky ওপেন করে Settings > Cardboard Box (icon) > Threads and exclusions > Exclisions > Settings > Exclusion Rules > এ যান।
“+ADD ” এ ক্লিক করে Browse করে আমাদের Paste করা “fltlib.dll” এবং “fltlib.ini” ফাইলদুটি দেখিয়ে দিন। মনে আছে? সেদুটি কোথায় Paste করেছিলেন?? মনে না থাকলে নিচে দেখুন-

C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Internet Security 2011\fltlib.ini
১৫.এবার Apply করে Ok করুন। ইন্টারনেট এক্টিভ করে “Enable Protection” এবং “Enable Self-Defense” এ টিক চিন্হ দিয়ে দিন (৫ এবং ৬ নম্বর এ দেখুন। সেখানে তুলে দিয়েছিলেন। এবার টিক দিয়ে দিন।) এবং পিসি রিস্টার্ট করুন।

ব্যাস আপনার কাজ কাজ শেষ! আপনি পেয়ে গেছেন Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 এর সাড়ে ৫ বছরের লাইসেন্স। এবার ইচ্ছামত আপডেট করুন।

উল্লেখ্য যে, এখানে প্রশ্ন না করে একাউন্টে লগ-ইন করার কোন নিয়ম নেই (অন্তত আমি পাইনি)। লগ-ইন করতে হলে আপনাকে একটা না একটা প্রশ্ন করতেই হবে। এখন কথা হচ্ছে, উত্তর পাবেন কি করে?
= আপনি লগ-ইন বক্সে Transcript নামে একটি অপশন দেখতে পাবেন। এখানে যান, এবার নিচের দিকে দেখুন। Patient’s ID তে আপনার ই-মেইলে পাওয়া আইডির নম্বর বসিয়ে দিয়ে সার্চ দিন। আপনার প্রশ্নের উত্তর আপনি এখানেই পাবেন এবং প্রত্যেকবার আপনাকে একই পদ্ধতি অবলম্বন করতে হবে।

When building a business there is little more important than selecting an appropriate company or product name. Names can be distinctive, unique or descriptive.

The problem with descriptive names is that they are very difficult to legally protect. For example you could call your software "word processing software" or "text editor" but neither are distinguishing or unique. A competitor could enter the market and use the same name funneling your traffic and benefiting from your product reputation. Distinctive names can be trademarked and protected. As a result many developers combine distinctive and descriptive by adding a company or brand name: "Brand Text Editor" or "Brand Word Processing Software".

Tips for finding a name that is just right.

Brainstorm - Spend time making a list of words. The words might be generic or descriptive. If the words are descriptive use words that elicit a positive image or response. Some words automatically convey a specific feeling. Use words that elicit emotions that you wish to relate to your product or service.

Eagle = Sharp, Clear
Cheetah = Fast
Safe = Trust
Oak = Solid

Use a Thesaurus
Use a thesaurus to locate synonyms of words on your brainstorm list.

Jumble
Merge the words and mix the order of the words and see if any combinations are appealing, unusual, distinctive or unique.

Selecting a Name
When company names appear in a list they are often alphabetized. As a result businesses will often select a name that uses an "A" to appear at the top of the list.

Trademark Search
Conduct a trademark search at USPTO. Conducting a thorough search prior to selecting a name will save a whole lot of time, effort and possibly money, if you find that your chosen name is already in use.

Name Selection Tips

a. Memorable
Names and domains should be memorable and not excessively long.

b. Easy to Read
Domain names should be easy to read in print, remember the letter "l" and the number "1" can appear very similar in some typographical fonts. If you are using either character in your domain make sure it is clear and will not cause confusion.

c. Easy to Say
Company names, domain names and product names should be easy to say and easily understood. Test the names by saying them outloud, and make sure other can clearly understand what you are saying.

d. Easily Spelled or Not Easily Misspelled
Domain names should be easy to spell. If your heart is set on a domain with tricky spelling, purchase the domains of common misspellings and protect your traffic.

e. Hyphen Controversy
If you are registering a multi-phrase domain name you may be unsure whether to purchase the domain with hyphens. The best way to handle this is to purchase the domain both ways with and without hyphens and use a redirect.

f. .com Is King
Avoid purchasing domains with obscure endings. The .anything domains can cause confusion, stick with the standard domains for your primary website.

g. Be Careful
Be careful how the word is read! Multi word domains can be interpreted a number of different ways.

i. Not Too Narrow, Not Too Broad
Many companies fall into the trap of creating a company name that is too narrowly focused. Your company name should leave room for expansion or change as your business grows. While descriptive names are common they are better suited to product names than company names. Select a company name that allows you to expand your product line should you choose to.

j. Test It
Once you have narrowed down the list of company or product names ask others what they think about your selection. You might find that certain names have negative connotations, or do not elicit the reaction you were expecting.

k. Controversial Names
Names can suggest product usage or quality by using certain kinds of words. Avoid using terms that generate negative connotations. Avoid controversial terms.

Liberal Software - while politics might be important in your personal life, do you really want to reduce your selling market by alienating conservatives?

What’s the difference between Information Technology and Computer Science?

This is a question that comes up often among lay audiences and surprisingly among computing professionals. Here we attempt to set the record straight.

Computing is a broad field, with five major disciplines recognized in the United States –

Computer Science is the study of computing theory. Computer scientists are often good at answering the question, “what is a computer system capable of doing?” or “can our computer system do this?” Computer scientists show us what can be done by doing it and proving it.

Information Systems is the study of meeting the practical computing needs of a business, with an emphasis on information. Information Systems professionals specialize in getting the maximum business impact out of the implementation of a system.

Information Technology is the study of meeting the computing needs of a business, with an emphasis on technology. Information Technology professionals specialize in answering the question, “what technologies are available and how can we reliably implement and integrate them with our existing systems?”

Software Engineering is the study of building software that meets the needs of the customer on time and within budget. Software engineering is a “spin-off” of computer science, informed by the engineering disciplines.

Computer Engineering is the study of the design of the machine, its components, and peripheral devices. This discipline is a “spin-off” of electrical engineering.

Notice that these definitions do not refer to any particular foundational topics in computing, such as networking, programming, databases, web technologies, operating systems, security, or user interface design. This is because all the disciplines will approach all seven of these topics from their particular vantage point (or sometimes, not at all).

Some Examples

Take networking for example: the computer scientist will specialize in the deep understanding and development of networking protocols, with a mind toward efficiency, scalability, and reliability. The information systems professional will specialize in utilizing these communication protocols to effectively transmit the information to the people or machines that need it when they need it. The information technology professional will specialize in selecting, implementing and maintaining the network technologies and guarding it against compromise. The software engineer will specialize in implementing a network protocol by designing the software, testing it, debugging it and assuring that it performs as close to its theoretical efficiency as possible. The computer engineer will design and build the networking hardware: routers, switches and cabling.

Take programming for example: The computer scientist will specialize in programming for efficiency, elegance, and power, creating strong artificial intelligence agents or very fast algorithms for data mining. The information systems specialist will utilize these powerful programs and algorithms to solve business problems. The information technology specialist will specialize in understanding the capabilities and limitations of different systems and assess them for ease of integration into the existing computing infrastructure of their system. Additionally, the information technology specialist may write software that knits a system of disparate technologies together (middleware) and be charged with maintaining the technology with updates, user access, and troubleshooting problems. A classic example of an information technology skill is integrating a corporate database with a website and a secure interface to make corporate information assets available on the web.

As a final note, computing is a very broad field with each of the five computing disciplines overlapping and informing one another. Computing professionals, regardless of their discipline, must be able to respect, understand and communicate effectively with one another. In many cases, you will find someone with a degree of one flavor crossing into the realm of another. Information technology professionals play an important role in making things work the way they should and properly educated information technology professionals will have a positive effect upon upper management’s decision to hire the right computing professional for the right job. For this reason, it is imperative that information technology professionals understand the skills and opportunities afforded by information systems, computer science, software engineering, and computer engineering professionals.
